Who May Apply for Admission
Anyone seeking admission to the medical school must have the following qualifications:
- The applicant must be a holder of a bachelor’s degree in sciences or the arts (AB/BS) conferred by a duly recognized higher educational institution. The degree/course must have been taken within a five-year period prior to the filing of application. A one semester refresher course is required of those who graduated beyond five years.
- Applicants must have a Percentile Rank (PR) of 40 (CHED cut-off score) or higher on the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) taken not more than two (2) years from the time of admission (2021-2022). Kindly check NMAT website for details on exam schedules and requirements: cem-inc.org.ph/nmat
How to Apply for Admissions
STEP 1 - Medical Examination
Have the following tests done (Chest X-ray, Complete blood count (CBC), Urinalysis) and bring results (not more than 6 months old) with downloaded medical certificate form to a physician for consultation. Upload the physician's medical certificate together with the other admission requirements.

STEP 2 - Admission Processing Fee Payment
Pay the Admission Processing Fee of Php 800.00

STEP 3 - Uploading of Requirements
Prepare the following documents in PDF format for uploading:
✅ Transcript of Records (first to third year grades for graduating applicants is acceptable; upload multiple pages in one pdf file)
✅ Birth certificate (PSA issued, include LCR if PSA copy is not legible)
✅ NMAT Result (electronic or official result)
✅ Medical Certificate (downloaded form)
✅ Valid ID that bears signature of the applicant (government-issued ID is preferable)
✅ 2x2 Picture (white background is preferable)
✅ Proof of Payment of Admissions Processing Fee (official receipt issued by the University Finance Office, screenshot photos of BPI deposit or transaction slip)
STEP 4 - Submission of Application for Admission Form and Requirements
