
ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
Second Semester, AY 2022-2023
Undergraduate Degrees
SCHEDULE:
Regular Enrollment: January 9-14, 2023 (Self-service enrollment)
Delayed Enrollment: January 16-25, 2023 (Self-service enrollment)
January 26-28, 2023 (Administrative enrollment)
INCOMING FRESHMEN, TRANSFEREES, PROFESSIONAL EDUCARION, & SECOND COURSERS
1. Pay down payment.
Pay a minimum of Php 3,000.00 down payment at the Finance Office or any of the accredited payment centers found in this link. (//tjtpk.com/payment-centers-finance)
2. Accomplish enrollment form.
Accomplish the enrollment form. Make sure to accurately supply the necessary details asked in the enrollment form.
3. Submit Hard Copy of SHS Report Card or Transfer Credentials.
For incoming freshmen, submit your SHS Report Card (with remarks eligible for admission to college and duly signed by the Principal). For transferees, submit the hard copy of your Transfer Credentials (for transferees). Submit these to the Office of the University Registrar.
4. Wait for status update and further instructions via email.
After completing the form for enrolment, wait for the confirmation email to be sent to the email address you used in the enrolment form.
UPPERCLASSMEN
1. Pay down payment.
Pay a minimum of Php 3,000.00 down payment at the Finance Office or any of the accredited payment centers found in this link. (//tjtpk.com/payment-centers-finance)
2. Accomplish enrollment form.
Accomplish the enrollment form of your respective college. Please use your My XU Email in accessing the enrollment forms to avoid problems with the email address you will provide. Form links are found below.
3. Wait for term activation.
After completing the form for enrollment, you will be cleared by the Finance Office and Dean. Once cleared by both offices, you will then be term activated. Wait for the notice for your term activation.
4. Enroll courses in your prescribed study load.
Once term activated, proceed to self-service enrollment and enroll ALL the courses in your approved study load.
5. Verify enrolled courses.
Make sure you are enrolled in ALL your courses for the semester.

- After request for program shift is approved, wait for instructions from the Chair/Dean of new program to proceed with enrollment.
Note:
- Use My XU email in all transactions relating to your enrollment.
- Regularly check your email for notices from the Finance Office, CISO, Registrar’s Office or your Department Chair for some deficiencies that may cause delays in the processing of your enrollment.
- Classes start on January 16, 2023.
